Refund & Return Policy

At Superfly, we want customers to have a fair and transparent experience. This policy explains how returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds work for purchases made through www.superflyco.com.
1. How to Request a Return or Refund
• To initiate a return, replacement or refund request, please write to support@superflyco.com within 15 days of purchase.
• Please include your name, order number, product name, date of purchase, reason for the request, and clear photos or videos where relevant.
• Requests made after 15 days of purchase may not be eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Eligible Cases
• A request may be considered where the wrong product was delivered, the product was damaged in transit, the product was defective on arrival, an item was missing from the order, or the delivered product materially differed from what was ordered.

3. Non-Eligible Cases
• As a personal care product, returns may generally not be accepted for change-of-mind purchases, dislike of fragrance or personal preference, or products that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless the issue is otherwise covered under applicable consumer law.
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the usability of the product may not qualify for a refund or replacement. 
• Improper use, misuse or failure to follow product directions may make the request ineligible.

4. Verification
• All requests are subject to review and verification by our team. We may ask for photos, videos, packaging details, batch details or additional information before approving a return, replacement or refund.

5. Return Process
• If your request is approved, we will share the next steps by email.
• In some cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup. In other cases, we may ask you to send the product to an address shared by our support team. 
• Where possible, the product should be returned with original packaging.

6. Refunds
• If approved, refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
• Refund credit timelines may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI app or payment partner.
• Shipping or convenience charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, a wrong item, or a damaged or defective product.

7. Replacements
• Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to stock availability and operational feasibility.

8. Order Cancellations
• Orders may usually be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated under this policy.

9. Delivery Damage
• If the outer package looks damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend taking clear photos before opening and recording an unpacking video, if possible. This helps us investigate and resolve the matter faster.
